Here is a very nice and very old handmade Banded Opaque swirl with a caramel base made in laucia Germany in the late 19th century. There are no signs of play or wear on this marble. I can only find some tiny dimples and a couple of very light scratches that are clearly as-made. There are also two small pieces of some foreign matter (oven brick?) which can be seen in the upper right hand image. I easily grade this marble at a MINT-.
