Here is a very old German handmade with red and green slightly stretched spots on and below the surface of a translucent milky white, almost opalescent, base glass. I've only seen a few of these in all my years of collecting. This is a rare marble indeed.
CONDITION: NEAR MINT(-) 8.2 The marble retains a nice shine with only a hint of microscopic wear with a few as-made dimples and tiny, tiny pinpricks. There is however, a wide, shallow annealing flake shown in the first and enlarged pictures, as well as, the third and fourth. You may click here to view the grading system I use. | |||||
