This is certainly an unusual and rare specimen. In hand and in the pictures the marble appears to be opaque black, but when a strong light is shined behind it you can see that the glass is actually transparant blood red. The condition is very NEAR MINT with no chips or hits; just some very light scratches and a very few micro-pinpricks.
