I'm not sure if this was one of the earlier American or German transitionals. At one time I had a solitaire set with German transitionals in it that were very similar to this one. There is the typical 9-and-tail opaque white swirl in a transparant grass-green base glass.
CONDITION: NEAR MINT++ The surface is bright and shiny with no sign of wear that I can see, but there are some tiny, tiny dimples with some sort of black debris in them that look as-made to me.
