Here is a treasure for almost anyone's collection: an old German Handmade Ribbon lutz with a white ribbon covered with purple on one side and yellow on the other. The ribbon continues to the surface and the ends are adorned with plenty shiney what we've all began calling "Lutz".
The condition is NEAR MINT with a couple of small flakes, some scattered pinpricking and as-made pinpoints that are melted. One artful rough pontil mark on one end and a bit of flattening on the melted pontil end. Having said all that, The marble is very nice in hand.
