Here is an old German handmade ribbed solid core, or at least it was intended to be. Upon close inspection, you can see a thin gap between each of the lobes. And to really touch it up, the marble is completely naked, exposing an unobstructed view of the entire works. Naked marbles are very hard to find and, for me anyway, solid cores are one of the hardest.
CONDITION:MINT 9.6 There is no evidence of play or wear at all. The only thing I can find is an inconsequential roller mark, for lack of a better name, near the pontil and visible in the second picture. | |||||
