Old time English Style German handmade from the turn of the 20th century, circa 1880-1910. The base glass is exceptionally clear with a empty core and equally spaced multi-colored ribbons running from pole to pole just below the surface. Both pontail marks are unfinished.
This and item GM1411 are from the same cane, if you wish to buy them as a unit, You may buy them both for $125 including shipping.
CONDITION: MINT 9.3 The surface is wet and shiny with no sign of wear at all, even the pontail marks are as clean as the day it left the factory. The only anomolies I can find are a surface air bubble, or touch mark, shown in the third picture, and like it's twin, GM1411, there is a twist mark crease near one of the pontail ends. Also, that pontail end is a little flat. You may click here to view the grading system I use. | |||||
