Here's one you don't see very often at all: a crystal clear base glass with multi-color sub-surface ribbons surrounding an exceptionallly well made bright chartreause lattice web in the center. I can't speak to how many of these were made except it must have been few--I've had as many red latticinios as I have these chartreause ones, and they were few and far between.
Both pontail marks are unfinished. The colors, the remarkably clear glass, and the pontail marks help us to determine the manufacture date, circa 1880-1910. CONDITION: MINT 9.5 The surface has a particularly wet and shiny look with no sign of wear that I can see either in these enlarged pictures or under a lens with a bright light. There is a touch, or tool, mark visible in the second and third images as well as a crease encircling the marble just beneath one of the pontail marks which are as clean as the day they were made--fifth and sixth pictures.
