Here's one that you just don't see every day. PeeWees are not at all common, much less these old German handmades from over a century ago. Also, Indians, or any black based handmade from this era are hard to find. It always amazes me how these old glass artists could achieve such accurate detail when working with examples this small. The multicolored bands of matching yellow, green, blue, and white are equally spaced and run unbroken from pole to pole. The pontail marks are unfinished, indicating that the marble was made during the latter part of the German marble making era, circa 1880-1910.
CONDITION: MINT(+) 9.6 Beautiful wet shiny look of a new marble with no evidence of play, wear, or use of any kind. Even the pontail marks are as clean as the day they were made. If there is any anomoly at all, it would be the presence of a partial cold roll line near one pole and visible in the fourth and fifth images. You may click here to view the grading system I use.
