To supply a collector name for this one is difficult to say the least: There are two SNAKEs, cobalt blue and blood red, that make two full twists around the surface of a crystal clear base glass, and if that isn't rare enough, there is a pale yellow auger with blades from the surface to the center running from pole to pole.
I bought this marble as a hybrid Popeye, but I can't find any white at all, much less the defining white wispy strands. Strangly, if fits in nicely with a popeye display, as well as, any other display of high-end corkscrews. you will probably not soon, and possibly never, find another example like this one, especially in this wonderful high mint condition. CONDITION: MINT(+) 9.8 The surface has the wet shiny appearance of a brand new marble with no as-made anomolies nor signs of play or wear of any kind. This one is a true museum piece.
