With four opaque yellow and two purple ribbons on a translucent white base with a couple of clear windows, this is one of Peltier's earliest, circa 1920s, and rarest productions. These are exceptionally hard to find especially in this wonderful mint condition.
CONDITION: MINT 9.6 The suface is wet and shiny with no sign of play or wear at all. There are a couple of collapsed surface air-bubbles or possibly touch marks with melted edges that are clearly as-made and readily visible in the accompanying pictures.
