MINT 51/64" Antique German Handmade BANDED LUTZ

Item# GM1738
The base glass is crystal clear with a few tiny stretched air bubbles near the surface on whice are a set of two each royal blue ribbons alternating with a pair of white ribbons that contain wide bands of sparkling gold colored lutz particles. The pontail marks are unfinished suggesting a manufacture date of circa 1880-1910. At just a hair under 13/16", these have become very hard to find in this extra-large shooter size and wonderful MINT condition.
CONDITION: MINT 9.6 The surface is wet and shiny with no sign of wear and only a couple of clearly as-made melted imperfections that I could only see with a bright and lens--these can be seen in these enlarged pictures but are hard to find amongst the subsurface air bubbles. Oddly enough, although these two marks are on opposite sides of the marble, both show up in about the same position on the blue ribbon just northeast of center in the fourth and sixth pictures. As I said, they are both clearly as-made with melted edges. Both of the pontail marks are as clean as the day they were made.

Size 19.14mm or 0.793" at the equator.
