From way back in the 1920s comes this old CAC single seam slag. In all my years of fooling around with marbles, this is the only single seam Christensen slag I've come across. I've had many of the two seam machine mades and near as many of their hand-gathered. I wouldn't have thought these single-seam examples were that rare, but then again, any Christensen cannot be said to be common, especially in the wonderful mint condition of this one.
CONDITION: MINT(+) 9.8 or better. You just don't get any better. The surface is shiny and wet looking with no wear at all, and I can't even find a melted dimple or anything else.
